It is practised around the world by a large number of people. It is the togetherness of mind, body, and soul harmoniously. We receive both physical and mental benefits through continuous practice of the art. Yoga can improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, and strength. In addition, it can augment mental health, although the benefits are harder to find.
